The Royals team were asked to deliver a brand strategy to a tech client who wanted to expand its use and improve its customer experience. The planning team needed to talk to potential customers about their attitudes and behaviours towards family sharing so they could recommend a new brand positioning.
How The Royals used Hearsay
Short on time, the team used the Hearsay Platform to manage all the admin of setting up their project, finding and scheduling their customer sessions and the delivery of a scientifically designed Conversation Guide.
They then conducted 15 webcam customer interviews with the family member responsible for maintaining family communications.

The Royals Team wanted one system that held all the customer information in one place for easy access but they got much more. The extra benefit they received was a tool that allowed them to analyse in the most efficient way delivering the insight that would solve the clients positioning issue.
