I don't want to go back to interviewing customers any other way. All the interviews were set up and organised faster and easier than if we did them ourselves. This meant that I could focus on the most important part of the process - interviewing and discovering. The best parts of using Hearsay were not having to transcribe an interview or record myself and really just being able to focus on probing. I also loved the report at the end and being forced to write my Wow Moments. At the end of the day that is the stuff you really remember. Hearsay really streamlined the interview process and guided me to an answer faster than I could do on my own.
